IBI Builders was founded in 2007 when our builders, Greg and John, formed a partnership during an informal introduction. John was just starting his new real estate investment firm while Greg was finishing up several custom homes that he was building in the Greenville, SC area. They agreed to combine efforts to finish a particular project. There have been many ups and downs since that first meeting, but the two have always persevered and continue to move forward. The last year's economic woes have shown how challenging this industry can be. Even through these difficult times, IBI stands alone when measured in success.
